What Is Covered in Gree Warranty?
1. Eligibility
This warranty is specifically for the following GREE residential air conditioner series models:
- Single Split: Charmo Series and SP Series.
- Multi Split Free Match: Charmo Series, SP Series, 360° Air Discharge Ceiling Cassette, 1-Way Ceiling Cassette, and Ducted Type.
2. Warranty Registration
- Online Registration: To qualify, the product must be registered on the official Gree Airconditioning Singapore Pte. Ltd. website.
- Required Documentation: Registration must include a valid proof of purchase (original invoice or order confirmation showing the price, model, and date) and a photo of the product’s serial number from the installed unit.
- Deadlines and Accuracy: Submissions that are late, incomplete, or fraudulent will be rejected at the company’s discretion.
3. Coverage Details
- Full Unit (5 Years): There is a comprehensive 5-year warranty on the full unit. For these first five years, the warranty covers all costs, including spare parts, labor, transportation, and diagnosis.
- Compressor (10 Years): The compressor is covered for a total of 10 years. However, after the initial 5-year full unit warranty expires, this coverage excludes labor, transportation, and refrigerant recharge.
4. General Conditions
- Territory: This warranty is only valid in Singapore.
- Company Rights: Gree Airconditioning Singapore reserves the right to modify these terms, reject registrations with inaccurate documentation, or disqualify participants for suspected fraud or abuse without prior notice.
- Liability Exclusions: The company is not liable for damages or losses resulting from misuse of the product, late or missed registration, or any incidental or consequential damages.
- Finality of Decisions: All decisions made by Gree Airconditioning Singapore regarding warranty claims and eligibility are final and binding.
- Personal Data: By participating in the warranty, customers consent to the use of their personal data for the administration of warranty services.
