What Is Covered in Gree Warranty?

• Single Split: Charmo Series and SP Series.
• Multi Split Free Match: Charmo Series, SP Series, 360° Air Discharge Ceiling Cassette, 1-Way Ceiling Cassette, and Ducted Type.

• Online Registration: To qualify, the product must be registered on the official Gree Airconditioning Singapore Pte. Ltd. website.
• Required Documentation: Registration must include a valid proof of purchase (original invoice or order confirmation showing the price, model, and date) and a photo of the product’s serial number from the installed unit.
• Deadlines and Accuracy: Submissions that are late, incomplete, or fraudulent will be rejected at the company’s discretion.

• Full Unit (5 Years): There is a comprehensive 5-year warranty on the full unit. For these first five years, the warranty covers all costs, including spare parts, labor, transportation, and diagnosis.
• Compressor (10 Years): The compressor is covered for a total of 10 years. However, after the initial 5-year full unit warranty expires, this coverage excludes labor, transportation, and refrigerant recharge.

• Gree Airconditioning Singapore Ltd. reserves the right to:
  • Disqualify participants suspected of fraud, abuse or tampering with the warranty promotion.
  • Reject registrations with insufficient / inaccurate
  • Modify these Terms & Conditions, or warranty terms at any time without prior notice.
• By participating, you consent to Gree Airconditioning Singapore Ltd. use of your personal data for administering the warranty services.
• Gree Airconditioning Singapore Ltd. decisions on all matters relating to this warranty, including eligibility and warranty claims, are final and binding.
• Gree Airconditioning Singapore Ltd. excludes the liability for:
  • Loss / damage due to late / missed registration, incomplete submissions, or misuse of the product.
